Find peace

Is anxiety normal in pregnancy? Should I be feeling this sad after I have my baby? Becoming a parent is a big life change. The time before conception, during pregnancy and after birth can present new challenges that affect both the mother and the partner. It can be a very exciting time to add a new one to your family but can also feel overwhelming and scary at the same time. You may be feeling lonely and wonder how you will function with so little sleep. You may be experiencing fear and worry as you prepare for childbirth. It’s ok to admit you need help.

Perhaps, you are a mom striving to juggle work and raise kids. You wear many hats and at times feel like you are failing. Therapy can provide you a space to feel heard but also find solutions to balance all that comes with being a parent while discovering your strengths as an individual.

You are not alone in this. You can choose to have support whether you are becoming a parent or have been raising children for years.
