Many parents come to me when they’ve noticed their child struggling with anxiety, behavioral concerns, or emotional regulation and aren’t sure where to start. Whether you’re struggling with the pressures of parenthood, facing anxiety, navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, or simply wanting to feel more connected to your child or family, I am here to help. There is an African proverb that says, “It takes a village to raise a child.” As a therapist, I would be honored to join your village and walk alongside you and your child in this journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 15 years of experience providing therapy for children, teens, parents, and families in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and across the Twin Cities area. I believe in the power of healing through relationships and use a client-centered, developmental, and trauma-informed approach. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you and/or your child feel heard, connected, and empowered. Together, we will identify a healing path forward that fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and stronger family dynamics.
