We’re looking for compassionate, skilled therapists who are passionate about helping children, adults, and families feel supported through life’s challenges. While experience in one or more of our specialty areas is valued, we’re especially interested in clinicians who bring curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative approach to their work.

Compensation
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Pay is based on a percentage of session fees, not a fixed hourly rate, so your earning potential grows directly with your caseload. We're happy to talk through specifics once we connect.
Requirements
Master's degree with independent clinical licensure in Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience or strong interest in working with children and/or adolescents
Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
Enjoys building genuine rapport with kids, teens, and families, and wants to grow clinically without the overhead of running a practice solo
In-person availability strongly preferred
